Patrick Card
Mr. Card is a Senior Nuclear Consultant with over 35 years experience in the U.S. Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. He has vast experience in technical evaluations, concept of operations, trend analysis, assessment strategies, change management, corrective action development and implementation; as well as, risk management.
In his role as a nuclear consultant, Mr Card has a comprehensive knowledge of national policies and directives issued by the US Department of Defense, US Department of the Navy, US Department of Energy and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
These skills, along with his work at Nuclear Fuel Services and General Electric – Hitachi have made him an extreme innovator of unique program management concepts. Consequently, Mr Card oversees of the security consulting for Wilkinson Foy, LLC; in addition to his work in physical security, information security, personnel security, nuclear security and nuclear material control and accountability.
